Camagüey, Cuba, April 17th.- In the context of the celebration of a new anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Cuba (PCC) and the declaration of the socialist character of the Revolution, 16 workers and political leaders of this municipality were recognized.

The Nicolás Guillén Batista Protocol Hall, in the Plaza de la Revolución Mayor General Ignacio Agramonte Loynaz, served as the setting for the event presided over by Federico Hernández Hernández, member of the Party’s Central Committee and highest authority in the province.

On this occasion, diplomas were awarded for the career accumulated during five, 10, 15 and 20 uninterrupted years in the organization with good results in work performance.

Speaking at the event, Alexei González Peláez, a member of the PCC Bureau in the capital of Camagüey, congratulated those encouraged for their dedication, perseverance and dedication in the tasks they carry out.

Likewise, he called on them to make more efforts every day to face the great challenges currently imposed by the current situation and to seek better results together on all fronts.
