Camagüey, Cuba, January 27th.- The president of the Cuban Post Office Business Group, Pablo Julio Pla Feria, exchanged the day before about how much can be done to avoid indiscipline and improve the quality of services, with the workers of the aforementioned entity in Camagüey.

The manager expressed that it is true that there is a shortage of personnel and difficulties with the availability of fuel, but creativity is essential to generate goods and services in a context where traditional services have decreased.

Pla Feria urged the analysis of the causes and conditions that generate violations of procedures during commercial operations that lead to criminal acts and cause great losses to the entity and impact the development of workers.

In keeping with the gradual process of bankization, other alternatives are implemented where the business vision and the role of the 79 facilities and sales points located in the 13 municipalities are enhanced.

The implementation of new extra cash services and the projections to achieve the operation of the virtual store, a priority for 2024 and which will provide better conditions to the men and women of Correos, transcended.

During the presentation of the 2023 report Yoleisy Ramírez Sánchez, general director of the company, highlighted the fulfillment of the net sales plan and the need to generalize good practices related to the application of the new legislation approved on postal services and the implementation of the 43 measures for the improvement of the Socialist State Enterprise.
