Camagüey, Cuba, Sep 28th.- As part of the tasks carried out in the municipality of Camagüey on the way to the 10th Congress of the Committees for the Defense of the Revolution (CDR, Spanish Acronym), which meets in the capital of the Island, the Secretariat of the organization continues the process of strengthening its structures.

As a result, changes were made to the positions, both at the grassroots level and in the areas, in addition to the search for committed people with the skills to be community leaders and occupy these positions.

The link with Public Health entities also continues to be strengthened to recognize the effort and solidarity of blood donors.

The Municipal Secretariat of the CDR in the Ciudad de los Tinajones, a group made up of mostly young people, redoubles its efforts to form a pool of new generations and motivate them to take on management tasks at all levels.

Laura Milián Francis, secretary of Organization and attention to the tasks of the economy of this structure in the city of Camagüey, pointed out that among the main objectives of the strengthening process is that the CDRs are the reflection of the motivations of the neighborhood and achieve in all Popular Councils massive participation and correct development of the different tasks they assume.
