Camagüey, Cuba, October 24th.- The National Program for the Advancement of Women is a Presidential Decree that consists of more than 40 measures that promote the personal and social development of women in Cuba.
Since its approval, different projects have been developed throughout the country for its implementation, hence the sessions of the Municipal Commission of the Program in Camagüey, which becomes a space for exchange for the different institutions and organizations that play a determining role in the implementation of the Decree.
An essential element for the advancement of women in this city is the knowledge of managers and specialists in charge of disseminating its benefits in various scenarios, says Yanixis Carrazana Carvallo, secretary of the Municipal Administration Council.
The official also considers the development of in-depth work with women from all areas of the Camagüey territory so that the results of the program have the corresponding visibility and fulfills its mission of transforming lives and communities due to the scope of its sections.
