Camagüey, Cuba, October 3rd.- The productive Guerrilla agricultural contingent, which supports food production in the main municipality, satisfactorily concluded its first stage of work.
During their first 15 days, the around 60 members of that group completed an important task in the Victoria Dos Basic Cooperative Production Unit (UBPC, Spanish Acronym), located in the Altagracia Popular Council.
In the aforementioned UBPC, lacking a workforce, they worked on cleaning cassava, sweet potato, corn, beans and mango plantations, according to Masnorkis Mendoza Romero, a member of the leadership of that troop, explained.
From now on, other workers from different organizations and entities from the four administrative districts of the capital of Camagüey will join to continue the actions.
