Camagüey, Cuba, Jul 13th.- Even with the lack of some essential raw materials, the Beverage and Soft Drinks Company (EMBER, Spanish Acronym), from the provincial capital city, concluded the first semester of this year with positive results.

Liuven Veloz González, general director of the entity, specified that all the commitments in physical units were fulfilled in the period, say vinegar, wines, soft drinks and rums.

The good productive and economic performance of the different branches allowed it to close the month of June with 105 million pesos of profits, a figure higher than planned.

The volumes reached in the first half of the current calendar were made possible by the implementation of various alternatives and the linkage with other groups in the region.
