Camagüey, Cuba, April 5th.- The Municipal Administration Council of Camagüey evaluated the socioeconomic impact that the new forms of non-state management have had so far.

During the debates, it was learned that economic actors contribute positively to the commercial and social results of the territory, although they could be superior if greater control were exercised with them.

It should be noted that in the social sphere they gave employment placement to a significant number of people, mainly young people of both sexes who were disengaged from study and work.

Regarding the commercial contribution at the end of last year, they contributed around 250 million pesos, while in the first quarter of the current calendar the figure exceeds 43 million.

In the municipality of Camagüey, 188 micro, small and medium-sized businesses were approved by the Ministry of Economy and Planning and 48 Local Development Projects were approved by the Administration Council.
