Camagüey, Cuba, February 7th.- The 2024 Trade Fair Commerce of the People in Digital Transformation, in Havana, concluded with the presentation of awards in several categories, in which the Camagüey delegation obtained two recognitions.

The greatest honor was the Corporate Social Responsibility award for the Camagüey Business Group of Commerce for the altruism of its participants, who on behalf of the sector made several donations in homes and care centers in the Cuban capital.

The initiatives arrived on February 2 with the deliveries of items for the first babies born that day in one of the hospitals surrounding the fair.

The above, along with other actions, was part of the delegation’s extensive program to represent the best of the traditions of the city that just celebrated its 510th anniversary.

With that same impetus they reached the homes of vulnerable people to enforce the slogan of the event: People’s Commerce.

The La Tuya Base Business Unit received a mention in the Service Quality category in an event that for five days demonstrated the integration between all economic actors to achieve popular satisfaction.
