Camagüey, Cuba, January 14th.- The group of the Electrical Base Business Unit (UEB) of this municipality reaches January 14, Electrical Worker’s Day, with the promotion of several tasks although resource limitations persist.
Engineer Alain Pérez Oropesa, director of the entity, stated that despite the difficult situation presented in 2023, they took care of the restoration of public lighting.
This task was carried out in different popular councils of the capital of Camagüey, although what was done was not enough due to the great deterioration of the lights.
The maintenance of the distribution and subtransmission networks was also undertaken with the aim of maintaining a reliable and stable service in the electro-energy system.
