Camagüey, October 31st.- Three entities in the hydraulic sector in Camagüey were found to be compliant after being audited as part of the XV National Verification of Internal Control.

Aspects related to the strengthening of the socialist state company, administrative management and the efficient use of resources were evaluated.

At the summary meeting of the Camagüey Hydraulic Engineer Services Company (ESIHC, Spanish Acronym), led by the Head of the Department of the Provincial Controller, Pablo Rubio Varona, the work of the members of that group was recognized in actions carried out to improve supply systems of water to the population.

Likewise, the Hydraulic Works Maintenance and Rehabilitation Company (EMROH, Spanish Acronym) maintains positive results in the control of the works, with effectiveness in the use of resources, where the quality of the constructive actions carried out takes precedence.

Likewise, adequate use of transportation and fuel is evident, in a complex economic scenario.

Potenzuela pumping stations were among the works with the greatest impact, with meticulous monitoring and daily control by the Provincial Delegation of Hydraulic Resources, another of the entities evaluated in the XV National Verification.

There, the effectiveness of the measures of the risk prevention plan, the progress of the investment process and the use of financing sources were verified.

Leonardo Soto Romero, delegate of the sector in Camagüey, emphasized the difficult conditions in which they worked to advance in the different constructive actions, fundamentally in the execution of conductors and pumping stations to improve the water supply to various places in the Camagüey region.
