Camagüey, Cuba, Sep 1st.- Several strategic lines were drawn up by the Government’s direction in the capital of Camagüey with the purpose of promoting the production and commercialization of agricultural food.
To this end, it is planned to develop technological innovation projects that allow precision in the main extensive crops that guarantee increased efficiency and control of all production.
It is intended to reach 30 pounds per month per inhabitant in a staggered manner, with the consolidation of mini-industries and differentiated and preferential attention to the planting of short-cycle crop varieties.
It is also planned to recover and build new livestock modules in all the companies and productive units of the territory, with poultry, swine, sheep-goat and rabbit species, among others.
Another of the main actions that is required to increase the obtaining of agricultural food in the capital of Camagüey is to strengthen the contracting work of all productions.
