Camagüey, Cuba, Aug 5th.- After celebrating the 61st anniversary of the foundation of the Civil Defense in the municipality, it is planned to continue the execution of a group of tasks for the benefit of the population.
The captain of the Revolutionary Armed Forces Daniel Pérez González, head of the organization in the territory, said that the pruning and felling of trees that offer danger to homes and electrical lines in communications will be extended.
The sanitation of drains and sewers in different parts of the city and the distribution of water with pipes to the communities that present difficulties with this important service will be followed.

The Civil Defense in the city has great challenges aimed at creating conditions to avoid or reduce the dangers of disasters due to meteorological, health or other phenomena.
