Camagüey, Cuba, April 8th.- The Camagüey Fishing Company (PESCACAM) arrives at this April 8, Workers’ Day of the sector, with positive results in its performance even in the midst of resource limitations.
Pedro Rodríguez Gutiérrez, industry and commercial specialist of the entity, said that they fulfilled the industrial processing plan for the first quarter with 407 tons of food.
The chemical engineer also said that this level was reached due to aquaculture production and the implementation of several alternatives to make up for the lack of some essential raw materials.
The group’s main offering is croquette, although they also make other varieties of food such as hamburger dough and mincemeat with good acceptance by the population.
