Camagüey, Cuba, April 2th.- Actions aimed at complying with agreement 14-56 of 2014, which establishes care for people with wandering behavior, are implemented in this municipality.
To date, this work has allowed us to resolve 227 cases that roam around the city at any time, a figure that represents around 70 percent of those identified with the procedure.
This was possible with the incorporation into the nursing home, the return of some to the family environment and others to their province of origin, admission to the Psychiatric Hospital and the delivery of housing, among others.
The Directorate of Labor and Social Security in the territory stated that alternatives are currently being sought to provide treatment to the more than 80 men and women who still roam around different places.
