Camagüey, Cuba, February 6th.- Diana María Pérez Lara, professor at the Municipal University Center of Santa Cruz del Sur, represents the province of Camagüey in the 14th edition of the International Congress of Higher Education University 2024 with the presentation Stimulation of intellectual development with neuroeducation approach from undergraduate training.

Included in the Symposium Training competent professionals from an inclusive and equitable perspective for sustainable development, the research, he explained, presents the design of four neuroeducational strategies with the aim of raising awareness among educational agents, families, students and undergraduate students with the family counseling process.

The proposed actions, he said, have a bilateral nature, they lead to enhancing skills, habits, attitudes and reinforcing knowledge that allow undergraduate students, teachers, families and their offspring to learn in a more conscious, rational way. and change their actions with respect to the study and learning activity from different contexts.

Pérez Lara noted that neuroeducation is a novel way of seeing education from the knowledge of how the brain works and teaching, which implies many cognitive abilities such as attention, memory, motivation and intelligence, among others.

With vast experience in events of this type, Professor Carlos Álvarez Martínez de Santelices is another member of the Camagüey delegation to the International Congress of Higher Education University 2024.

Inserted in the workshop Digital transformation and advanced technologies in Higher Education, the M- Learning presentation consistent with learning styles favors entrepreneurial performance in engineering students and has the purpose, he noted, of showing the results of assuming the organization of the teaching-learning process of university General Physics.

To this end, he commented, the work is based on entrepreneurial didactics that favors the management of learning by students by incorporating Physics computer simulations available for mobile devices that are sufficiently consistent with the students’ learning styles.

He pointed out that the research allowed us to recognize that the implementation of the didactic management proposed for the General Physics discipline assisted with mobile devices and supported by the model for experimental research performance and methods for solving problems with pencil and paper, favors entrepreneurial performance. of students by adopting the personal strategies necessary to perfect the relevant knowledge in the subjects Physics I and II of engineering careers.
