Camagüey, Cuba, Dec 16th.- From September to date, the National Association of Small Farmers (ANAP, Spanish Acronym), in the capital of Camagüey, promoted several tasks in celebration of the 65th anniversary of the Agrarian Reform Law.

In this first stage, which concludes in the context of the new birthday of the Revolution, tribute was paid to Commander in Chief Fidel Castro Ruz in the seventh year of his physical disappearance.

The identifying billboards and Martian squares of the sector’s cooperatives in the territory were restored and outstanding peasants were recognized in voluntary blood donations and in tasks of the Committees for the Defense of the Revolution.

Likewise, exchanges were carried out with young producers, volunteer work in support of the agri-food program and recreational activities for the International Day of Rural Women.
