Camagüey, Cuba, Nov 21st.- This November 20th, the 11th edition of the Canto Adentro Trova Festival began in the city of Camagüey, organized by the Camagüey branch of the Hermanos Saíz Association.
The event will take place until the 22nd, dedicated on this occasion to the seventh anniversary of the physical disappearance of Commander in Chief Fidel Castro Ruz, the fourth Congress of the AHS and to the figure of the Camagüey troubadour Miguel Escalona.
Furthermore, the organization points out that it is a tribute to the figure of women in trova, a musical genre that has renowned cultists, who will converge with new exponents during the presentations that will take place in the city.

The Arte Joven terrace of the Hermanos Saíz Association headquarters was the setting for the opening of Canto Adentro, with a mini-concert by some of the founders of the festival.
With the presence of local artists and guests from other provinces, during the event there will be concerts, video projections, a theoretical panel, the presentation of the book «Palabras» by Martha Valdéz and musical presentations.
