Camagüey, Cuba, Nov 17th.- The First National Service Quality Act took place in Camagüey this Thursday and was an opportunity to share good practices and successful experiences in the commerce sector.

The event was attended by directors and specialists from the eastern provinces of the country and aimed to outline strategies to improve the quality of services to the population through the use of science and innovation.

Pedro Fernández Lastre, knowledge management specialist at the Ministry of Domestic Trade, presented some of the achievements obtained in six units of the Retail Company and Restaurants and Recreational Centers thanks to an integrated management system.

He mentioned that the Base Business Units La Volanta, La Perla de Cuba, La Paella, La Gran Antilla, La Fragancia and El Parque today show better working conditions and efficiency standards, which is reflected in customer satisfaction.

Yanexy Rodríguez Rodríguez, development director of the Commerce Business Group in Holguín, shared some experiences about the risk management systems inserted in various communities.
