In Camagüey Photographic November with a view to the 510th anniversary

Camagüey, Cuba, November 12th.- Alma is the collective photographic exhibition that will be hosted for 45 days by the Fidelio Ponce de León gallery belonging to the Office of the Historian of the City of Camagüey (OHCC).

The exhibition includes the work of 18 professional and amateur artists from the city of Camagüey who, through their lenses, managed to capture the essence of the city.

Each photograph shows identifying characteristics of the city; the clay, the jars, the churches, the trades, the culture and its people; the images make an intentional call to the people of Principeño to observe each of the particularities of the legendary Camagüey.

Within the context of the celebrations of the 510th anniversary of the town of Santa María del Puerto del Príncipe and the 206th of the granting of the title of city -which is celebrated today- November Photographic hosts the Alma exhibition as a reliable example of the Camagüey pride campaign that defines us.
