Camagüey, Cuba, October 20th.- Several self-employed workers located in La Caridad Shopping Center donated different supplies for the benefit of assistance institutions in the city.

In the context of the Day of Cuban Culture, they used the talent of amateur artists from the University of Medical Sciences of Camagüey and the pre-university student Álvaro Morell to give a special moment to the public while they made different purchases.

Rafael Llanes García, administrator of the commercial complex, commented that they regularly carry out this action to benefit educational centers, and on this occasion the nursing home, the home for children without family protection and the Oncology Room of the Pediatric Hospital.

The donation consists of clothing, footwear, household items and food contributed by the more than 300 workers at the center.

With more than 190 stores, La Caridad Shopping Center raises around 700 thousand pesos every month and its group is characterized by contributing to the well-being of local families whenever they are called.
