Camagüey, Cuba, Dec 6th.- In its meeting corresponding to this month with the presidents of the productive units, the municipal board of the National Association of Small Farmers (ANAP) evaluated matters of great interest.
A large part of the meeting was dedicated to checking the preparations for the XIII Congress of the organization in the territory, which will take place on the 21st.
With this meeting, this process will begin in the province at the municipal level, which will have as its headquarters the Cándido González Morales Party School and will have 150 delegates from the 25 cooperatives.
Crime was also discussed and emphasis was placed on the Exercise to Confront Illegalities that has been taking place since December 2 with visits to peasant bases, farms and points of sale.
Another issue analyzed has to do with the contracting of agricultural production for the coming year, a process that requires more support to achieve the results that are really needed.
