The National Office of the Tax Administration in Camagüey is working -together with other entities- to meet the Government’s projections aimed at correcting distortions and re-boosting the economy
Camagüey, Cuba, Dec 5th.- Even with the complex economic situation that the country is facing, marked by high inflation, the execution of the State Budget in the municipality until September had a favorable performance.
During that period, a profit of more than 1.3 billion pesos was achieved, a volume that doubles what was projected and, in addition, contributed to the territory maintaining the surplus condition.
The income transferred was above what was planned by 47 percent, with more than 2.4 billion pesos, which was influenced by taxes on sales and services, among others.
The new forms of economic management made important contributions to the budget for the commercialization of merchandise and other activities, which were not initially planned.
