Camagüey, Cuba, Nov 11th.- The literary club Encounter with Apollo and Clio, coordinated by the University of Camagüey (UC) Ignacio Agramonte Loynaz and the Provincial Center for Books and Literature Enrique José Varona, returned to the Camagüey university after the break for the vacation period.
The activity aims to promote the interest of young university students in literature, as well as to share the texts produced by students who have an inclination towards writing poetry, stories, novels and other literary profiles.
The meeting was dedicated to the martyr Noel Fernández Pérez, who carried out important actions in Camagüey as a member of the 26th of July Movement, and to the figure of Camilo Cienfuegos, as the activity was framed within the Camilo-Che Day.
On this occasion, the special guest was the young author Lioneski Buquet Rodríguez, member of the National Union of Writers and Artists of Cuba and the Hermanos Saíz Association, who told his experience as a creator and gave some advice to young university students to motivate them to love literature.
