Camagüey and Puebla universities strengthen ties

Camagüey, Cuba, Sep 3th.- The University of Camagüey Ignacio Agramonte Loynaz and the Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla, Mexico, signed the first specific collaboration agreement between the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the Puebla campus and the Faculty of Accounting at the Aztec center.

According to the Camagüeyan institution, the signature was in charge of the dean of its Faculty of Economic Sciences, PhD Dayanis Socarras Viamontes, and PhD. María Antonieta Monserrat, director of the Faculty of Accounting of the Mexican academy.

In consideration of Socarrás Viamontes the new ties will strengthen the undergraduate and graduate areas, the joint publication of articles and the exchange between specialists.

Meanwhile, the Mexican side highlighted the great benefits of this cooperation, such as achieving double degrees for students and promoting academic mobility.
