Camagüey, Cuba, July 2th.- The Government leadership in the municipality evaluated the behavior of the Housing Program in the current calendar, which shows positive results.
Even amid resource limitations, mainly steel and cement, during the first five months of the current year, 63 houses were completed in the territory.
This volume exceeds what was projected for the aforementioned stage, thanks to what was achieved in terms of what was foreseen in the self-effort plans and the state plan, but not in the basic housing cells.
Mr. Iyosvany Hernández Acevedo, director of Housing in the capital of Camagüey, said that the subsidies are delayed due to not having allocated the planned resources.
