Camagüey, Cuba, June 22th.- The provincial closing ceremony of the Forest Worker’s Day was held at the Agroforestry Company, in recognition of its results in the management of the region’s natural resources.

The moment was favorable to give that entity recognition by the Cuban Workers’ Union and the union of the sector in the territory, received by Eduardo Pérez and Graciela Sancho, director and secretary of the union section, respectively.

Likewise, the Álvaro Barba Machado Distinction was awarded to Iván Arango Arango and José Víctor Rojas Pérez for remaining in the sector for 25 years with sustained results in their performance.

When intervening in the Marbelis appointment Oms, a member of the National Committee of the Union of Agricultural, Forestry and Tobacco Workers, congratulated the group for the effort it makes to move forward amid resource limitations.

For his part, Efrén Romero Pelegrín, member of the Provincial Bureau of the Communist Party of Cuba, urged the men and women of the Camagüey Agroforestry Company to put into practice as many initiatives as possible to increase productive and economic results.
