Camagüey, Cuba, June 11th.- Consolidating the work of its 13 mini-industries constitutes one of the actions undertaken in this municipality to comply with Law 148 on Food Sovereignty.
These small factories in the district are dedicated to the production of different meat and dairy products, fruit and vegetable preserves and pastes, pickles and syrups, among others, with good acceptance.
These emporiums have links with other entities, productions contracted for social consumption and to sell at fairs, in districts and communities in vulnerable situations.
Among the establishments of this type that meet the aforementioned conditions, we can mention La Samanta, Copal Sur, Finca Villa Luisa, El Malecón, La Unión, Tínima and Los Ranchos.
