Camagüey, Cuba, June 8th.- Birthplace of Ignacio Agramonte Loynaz, an imperishable example of a man of justice and rectitude, Camagüey today celebrated the provincial event for the Cuban Legal Worker’s Day from the Cultural Management Center.
Chaired by Roberto Conde Silverio, member of the Provincial Bureau of the Communist Party of Cuba, which serves the Ideological Sphere; and Yennis León Mayedo, vice-governor, the event also celebrated the 47th anniversary of the creation of the Union of Jurists in the largest of the Antilles.
At the event, a group of outstanding workers in the daily task of dispensing justice on behalf of the people, as well as grassroots delegations with meritorious work, were recognized.
In the central words Jesús Guerra Muñoz, founder of the organization in Camagüey, expressed the high level of commitment of the workers of the Union of Jurists of Cuba and what it means as Camagüeyans to dignify the legacy of El Mayor when it comes to dispensing justice.
