Camagüey, Cuba, Jun 1st.- The Municipal Administration Council approved the program for the celebration of San Juan, which as is traditional takes place in the last decade of the month of June.
The celebrations are held from the 23rd to the 29th as a specific date, which, taking into account the current situation in the country, it was agreed to do some of the activities in a staggered and adjusted manner.
Of the characterized areas, only the Plaza del Gallo will remain as the People’s Theater based on the importance it has on the population and the attendance of the people of Camagüey to that space.
Four open spaces will operate: Capdevila Street, the Julio A. Mella neighborhood, Javier de la Vega Avenue and the Sánchez Soto community; the six congas, the five floats that serve entities and three troupes.
