Camagüey, Cuba, May 29th.- Today the Annual Provincial Seminar for the preparation of the 2024-2025 school year concludes at the Nicolás Guillén School of Pedagogy in this city.
The purpose of this event is to debate the balance of the objectives and processes for the year 2023, as well as the projections for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year.
The event has the participation of representatives of the Ministry of Education, as well as directors and teachers of the different educations in the province and its municipalities.
Elier Rodríguez Pérez, deputy director general of Education in the region, highlighted that the exchange of knowledge is essential to give continuity to the next municipal and school-level seminars during the months of June and July.
Among the main topics to be debated are ideological political work in the different teachings, vocational training and preparation for entry to Higher Education.
These strategies have been drawn up by the territory to meet the objectives, processes, indicators and goals of the teaching-educational process.
To address the different topics in more depth, the event was divided into eight commissions: Early Childhood, Special Education, Primary, Basic Secondary, Pre-University, Technical and Professional Education, Adult Education and Pedagogical Training, each led by the respective institutional representatives.
