Camagüey, Cuba, May 4th.- «No more Zionist genocide against the brother people of Palestine», was the reflection of Carlos Alberto Hernández Dupuy, president of the University Student Federation (FEU), at the Carlos J. Finlay University of Medical Sciences in Camagüey.
During the act of reaffirmation of students, joined by teachers and workers, against Israel’s war in the Gaza Strip, and in support of American students, who suffer police abuse in their country, Hernández Dupuy stressed: «The «Repression against American students is another barbarity, another injustice and another violation of basic human rights».
He forcefully denounced: «No more war in Palestine and no more abuse of young Americans».
He stated before the large group of classmates, teachers and workers of the Camagüey educational enclave: “The example of the American generation that opposed the war in Vietnam is still close. That reality returns to the consciousness of its current youth and the Empire fears it because it is the engine of profound ideas for social transformation».
He ratified, who is a third-year student of a Bachelor’s Degree in Rehabilitation: «There is a limit to so much accumulated injustice and the world, from the heart of the Empire, its students, have said enough».
Yadiana Estrada Mirabal, professor of dentistry at this educational center, joined the youth claim, who praised the actions of young Americans against Israeli Zionism.
His voice supported the Cuban student call, along with the participants in the event, for solidarity with the Palestinian people and American students.
«Hundreds of boys and girls, women and the elderly die every day in Palestine, that reality cannot be ignored. «Cuba will always be a united bastion against such injustice, which is also expressed against the oppression of American students, and we, Cuban men and women, denounce it, because that is what our undisputed leader, Commander in Chief Fidel Castro Ruz, taught us».
