The more than 300 members of the peasant base ratify the commitment to close the month of December with the sale to the State of one million liters of milk, for which they carry out different actions that guarantee production
Camagüey, Cuba, Aug 24rd.- The José Antonio Echeverría Credit and Services Cooperative (CCS, Spanish Acronym), from the capital of Camagüey, exceeded 500,000 liters of cow’s milk delivered to the industry.
To reach that figure, the members of the productive unit had to make a great effort to discount the delay caused by the intense drought in the first months of the year.
Although there are several members of the collective with good results, women and men such as Fredesvinda Rojas Casado, Abdiel Campos Gil, Elio Cabrera Serrano and Alexei Guerra Camejo stand out.
